MOSA will be allowing players to use secondary passes this Fall/Spring. Players will need a copy of primary player pass (from other club) and a permission to play card (from MOSA) to be allowed to participate on a MOSA team. Information must also show up on "Secondary Pass List for Referees" on the MOSA website to be valid. Secondary Player Passes are not allowed to be utilized as "Club Pass" players.
