Clubs Absent:
Beachwood, Jackson, Lacey, Lakewood, Old Bridge Boys, Old Bridge Girls, Stafford

Accepted Reports:

President: (Jess) Indicated that clubs could start sending him flight request for the Spring 2020 season now.


1st VP: (Eric) Absent

2nd VP: (Lindsey) Trophies will be delivered on 12/19/19 from 6pm-8pm at the Double Tree Hilton in Tinton Falls. Clubs are responsible to pick them up. If a club does not pick them up between those times, they will have to make arrangements with Spikes to get them. Feb 27 meeting clubs need to RSVP please make sure to do that ASAP. Club Presidents and MOSA representative are invited to that meeting.

Member's at Large: (Al) Registration of coaches for the Spring make sure they get all documents uploaded. If there are any referee assignor changes for the Spring let Al know ASAP.

(Lindsey) NJYS is working on a summit program (Shore area will be Feb 5th)

Treasurer: (Don) All Referee Assignors were paid . Only outstanding invoices right now are for forfeits, secondary passes and missed meetings for 2019.


Secretary: (Bill) Asked clubs to go over the email that was sent to them with the list of important things including Appreciation dinner RSVP, HOF nominations, etc. Bill also strongly suggested that the membership consider changing the rule dealing with the home team forfeiting the game when referees did not show up.  

Referees: (Dan Hudson) Indicated that classes for new Grassroot Referees were completed. Recertification for current referees were still being done online.

New Business:
Red Bank motioned to change the rule for referees not showing up. There was a discussion but nothing formal was presented to the group to vote on.

-Monroe motioned to add West Windsor (WWPSA) as a member club to MOSA. EWPAL seconded the motion. The motion was tabled so clubs could go back and discuss- Motion to table by Twin County, seconded by Wall

TRIC brought up that standings in MOSA rules should be changed to match what the software could do so that the standings online were accurate. (Bill Smith indicated he would work on this and present something for the next meeting.)
