1. In any case of an ejected coach or coaches during a match, if there are no coach or coaches with a valid NJYS coaches pass available to supervise the team for the remainder of the match, that team shall forfeit the match. The score will be reported as 1-0.

Players will need a copy of primary player pass (from other club) and a permission to play card (from MOSA) to be allowed to participate on a MOSA team. The information must also show up on "Secondary Pass List for Referees" on the MOSA website to be valid. Secondary Player Passes are not allowed to be utilized as "Club Pass" players.

Secondary Passes have to be submitted before the start of week 6 or the will not be approved until the following season!
