All complaints concerning referees, coaches, spectators, etcetera must be submitted in writing by the club President or MOSA Representative to the League Secretary for investigation unless the complaint involves a form of discrimination.
If an investigation is required the complaining party must appear at the next MOSA Executive Board meeting.
The Board reserves the right to waive any fees it determines are unnecessary.
The league will not respond to verbal complaints unless it involves a form of discrimination

will need a copy of primary player pass (from other club) and a permission to
play card (from MOSA) to be allowed to participate on a MOSA team. The information must also show up on "Secondary Pass List for Referees" on the MOSA website to be valid. Secondary Player Passes are not allowed to be utilized as "Club Pass" players.
Secondary Passes have to be submitted before the start of week 6 or the will not be approved until the following season!
